If you are logging in for the first time and you were enrolled in our old MCU@Home, your login ID is your member number and your password is the PIN that you used to log in to the old online and mobile banking service. If you don’t remember your PIN, use the Forgot Password link. After entering your login ID and password or clicking “Forgot Password” you will request a Secure Access Code by text message, email, or phone call. Once you enter your one-time secure access code, you will be asked to review contact info, create a secure password and accept a first-time user disclaimer. Click Here to Login.
If you were not enrolled in MCU@Home or have not logged in to mobile or online banking within 180 days of MEMCU going live, you will enroll as a new user.
New users will enroll using your last name, social security, date of birth and zip code. You will be asked to create a unique login ID. Next, you will request a Secure Access Code by text message, email, or phone call. Once you enter in your one time secure access code, you will be asked to review contact info, create a secure password and accept a first-time user disclaimer. Click Here to Enroll.
The first and second time you log into Online or Mobile Banking you will request a Secure Access Code. On the second login, you will be asked if you want to register your device. If you are using a secure personal computer or device, you can register your device and skip the secure access code step from that moment going forward.

You Only Need to Keep Up with One Username and Password:
We’re putting all of your accounts in one place for you to manage. If you have more than one membership here at Members CU, you won’t need a separate login for each membership. You can log in with your username and password to manage every account that you have primary tax owner, joint owner, co-signer, or co-borrower rights. Members with only joint relationships or co-ownership to accounts can have their own username and password and see their accounts as well. There is no need to share your username and password with family members who are joint on your primary accounts.
Pay Bills on MEMCU Online Banking and MEMCU mobile
Your online bill pay service is now accessible from within MEMCU Online and MEMCU Mobile. Since you log into online banking securely you won’t need a separate set of login credentials to access your bill pay. To enroll, you will need to have a checking account to pay bills from. If you have already enrolled in eBill, your information will be migrated over. eBill users who have not signed up for online banking will need to enroll in online banking and may need to call us to make sure their eBill account is linked. Call 800-951-800 M-F 8 to 5 if you need your eBill account linked.
