What do I do if I suspect fraud has been committed on my account?

If you suspect fraud has been committed on your account, call us at 800-951-8000 immediately. If your Visa Debit Card Number is compromised, we will disable your Visa Debit Card and issue you a new card and PIN once you sign the request authorizing MCU to close your old card and order a new one. If your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, we will close your account, open a new account for you and move your funds to the new account. If there have been fraudulent transactions, you can fill out a fraud form that can be provided to you when you call us to report the fraud. You will be reimbursed for any charges to your account that were made as a result of fraudulent activity.
