We Can’t Wait to Show You MEMCU Online Banking and MEMCU Mobile!
On January 3 at 4 PM EST, MCUmobile will no longer be available and you will only be able to view your balance on MCU@Home. Any scheduled transfers that are scheduled to occur from January 3 at 4 PM in Online Banking until the new platform goes live on the 9th will be processed manually by MCU staff. On January 9th we will end supporting MCU@Home and MEMCU Online Banking and MEMCU Mobile will be your new free online and mobile banking service.
Get Access to Your Account on January 9th and After
Members who are enrolled in the current online banking service and have logged in within 180 days before January 9th are considered active users and will have their information, alerts and future scheduled transfers migrated over to the new service. If you are not enrolled or have not logged in to mobile or online banking within 180 days of MEMCU going live, you will enroll as a new user. Both active users and new users will be able to visit the front page of memcu.com to access MEMCU online from their desktop or mobile phone.
Active users (existing users who have logged in within 180 days of going live) will log in by simply entering their member number as the login ID. Your login ID is your member number and your password is the PIN that you use today to log in to online banking. Make sure MCU has your up-to-date home phone number, mobile number and email address on file so that you can retrieve your secure access code and get logged in to MEMCU. Once you enter your one-time secure access code, you will be asked to accept a first-time user disclaimer and create a new, more secure password.
New users will enroll using your last name, social security, date of birth and zip code. You will be asked to create a unique login ID. Make sure MCU has your up-to-date phone number, mobile number and email address on file before January 3, 2018, so that you can retrieve your secure access code and get logged in to MEMCU. Once you enter in your one time secure access code, you will be asked to accept a first-time user disclaimer and create a secure password.

You Only Need to Keep Up with One Username and Password:
We’re putting all of your accounts in one place for you to manage. If you have more than one membership here at Members CU, you won’t need a separate login for each membership. You can log in with your username and password to manage every account that you have primary tax owner, joint owner, co-signer, or co-borrower rights. Members with only joint relationships or co-ownership to accounts can have their own username and password and see their accounts as well. There is no need to share your username and password with family members who are joint on your primary accounts.
Pay Bills on MEMCU Online Banking and MEMCU mobile
After January 9th your online bill pay service will be accessible from within MEMCU Online and MEMCU Mobile. Since you login into online banking securely you won’t need a separate set of login credentials to access your bill pay. To enroll, you will need to have a checking account to pay bills from. If you have already enrolled in eBill, your information will be migrated over. eBill users who have not signed up for online banking will need to enroll in online banking after January 9thin order to access bill pay.

After January 9th you can search for MEMCU Mobile from your iPhone App Store or the Google Play Store on your Android. Download the free app. When you log on to MEMCU mobile you can do more than just view account and transfer money. Everything you do on MEMCU Online can be done in the mobile app.
